We are a private Real Estate Investment compnay located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  We Buy Houses and Sell Homes. 

We started doing business in Hamilton County Indiana back in 2003.  Our primary business focus is in Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield and Northern Indianapolis.  

When a conventional means of selling your house isn't going to work for you, we can probably structure a proposal to fit your unique situation.   

Our Real Estate Investment company was formed with an underlying desire to help people with the financial burden of home ownership and the struggle to achieve it.

In 2009 we elected not to pay the annual fee and renew our membership to the Indianapolis Better Business Bureau, however, we were complaint FREE members during the five year period 2004 through 2008 (Parent Company Greenwood Properties, LLC).
